End All The Wars For Oil - The Plan...

This plan is a workable if not probable way to rid the United States of a war that, though begun as an honorable, just endeavor, it is now apparent is not worth another drop of blood from any American. It has become clear the Iraqis are not willing to do what is necessary to save their country and it is not our place to do it for them... The War In Iraq Was Initially Begun With the Noblest of Intentions:

1. The destruction of weapons of mass destruction - of which we had evidence and intelligence as almost everyone, Republican and Democrat alike, agreed! (at the time)

2. The removal of a horrible and bloody dictator - Saddam Hussein, and the freeing of the Iraqi people.

3. Last and not least - The enforcement of United Nations resolutions and our own peace settlement requirements from the 1st Gulf War.

What We Didn't Know!

1. The weapons of mass destruction had been moved,mostly to Syria just before the invasion.

2. The extent that Iran and Syria would become involved in destabilizing Iraq - especially Iran.

3. The FACT that the Iraqis CAN NOT be depended on to stand up for themselves and Freedom - too long under the yoke I guess.

4. The FACT that the Iraqis are NOT one people but a hodgepodge of Shiites, Sunnis, Seiks, Kurdish, and God knows what else who only want to kill each other and take over the power vacuum left by Saddam.

5. Muslims - of all varieties - just LOVE to kill themselves with bombs as long as they can kill enough innocent people and advance their cause. They believe they are going to heaven to be with a bunch of virgins, Satan must love that one.

After reviewing the above points I have come up with an answer - one that all the "factions" will understand... Here is a step by step plan to end ALL the oil wars.  It may sound simple but I believe this is the only type solution our Muslim enemies and friends will understand.

THE PLAN

1. Announce to all parties that it is the intention of the United States to remove itself from Iraq within 30 days, conditioned upon a cease fire with the "enemy" factions and no interference with our withdrawal.

2. The Iraqi borders will be sealed with electronic mine stations under U.S. and Iraqi control - these stations we already have and are automatic and robotic in nature with remote sensors to avoid being tampered with or disarmed, the same type being used in Afghanistan.

3. The United States will extract oil in the amount to cover all expenses incurred in Iraq to date and all equipment left behind. (see their 80 BILLION dollar surplus!!)

4. The United States will NEVER get involved in any regional, mid-eastern, Muslim Majority country again, this being just the first in a general U.S. realignment of it's GLOBAL commitments and withdrawal of assets from ALL Muslim Majority countries.

5. The United States will respect any future change of government democratically voted upon by the Iraqi people as long as the process is fair and not coerced.

6. The United States will use its satellite and other intelligence gathering means to monitor compliance of this agreement.

7. The United States will IMMEDIATELY and with no further warning use Tactical, air delivered Nuclear Weapons against ANY country or group that is found to breach the border containment or in any way attacks the country of Iraq without provocation.

8. The United States, after the recouping of all expenses incurred will phase out any further oil purchases from Iraq or any other Muslim Majority country over a five year national restructuring period as the United States reduces to ZERO any oil import deficit. The five year period is not negotiable and all imports will cease from ALL MUSLIM MAJORITY COUNTRIES within 60 months regardless.

It is hoped the Iraqi people and all Muslim counties and peoples will see this restructuring as a positive outcome and cease all violence and hostilities against U.S. concerns while we endeavor to withdraw from all Muslim Majority Countries in the next five years.
